We are serving the Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities, WA area. We can travel to locations beyond our service area for an additional fuel surcharge. Policy: To secure your date, you can pay in full or place a $50 deposit. We’ll accommodate one date change at no extra charge. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy and all deposits (date-lock fees) are non-refundable. Full payment is required prior to the event and before services are provided. Please Note: Complimentary setup and takedown are not available for camping packages or locations outside our standard service area. However, you will still receive a full tutorial on how to operate the equipment. We can travel to locations beyond our service area for an additional fuel surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
At Epic Production Services, we understand that plans can change. Please review our booking and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties. Booking Your Reservation: To secure your date, you can: Pay in full, or Place a $50 deposit (date-lock fee), or $100 if booking one of our Special Event Packages. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received or arranged. Date Changes: We allow one complimentary date change per reservation. Any additional changes may be subject to forfeiture or your deposit. Cancellations: 72 Hours or More Before Your Event: Cancel with a full refund minus the deposit (date-lock fee). Between 72 and 24 Hours Before Your Event: Cancel and receive a 50% credit toward future services (deposit non-refundable). Within 24 Hours of Your Event: No refund or credit will be issued if cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellations or rescheduling.
