We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request and provide a free estimate of services. Booking Policy: • Secure your date by paying in full or placing a $100 deposit (date-lock fee). • One complimentary date change is allowed per reservation. • Cancellations receive a refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit. (See full Booking Policy for complete details.) • Full payment is required prior to the event and before services are provided. We are serving the Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities, WA. We can travel to locations beyond our service area for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
At Epic Production Services, we understand that plans can change. Please review our booking and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties. Booking Your Reservation: To secure your date, you can: Pay in full, or Place a $50 deposit (date-lock fee), or $100 if booking one of our Special Event Packages. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received or arranged. Date Changes: We allow one complimentary date change per reservation. Any additional changes may be subject to forfeiture or your deposit. Cancellations: 72 Hours or More Before Your Event: Cancel with a full refund minus the deposit (date-lock fee). Between 72 and 24 Hours Before Your Event: Cancel and receive a 50% credit toward future services (deposit non-refundable). Within 24 Hours of Your Event: No refund or credit will be issued if cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellations or rescheduling.
